Compliance operations and product delivery experiences form the foundation of my expertise. I have built both from the ground up across startups and enterprise-level companies: leading large, high-volume operations teams across multiple jurisdictions, then taking ownership of the product roadmap that automates and scales what operations does manually.

My approach is risk-based. I do not believe compliance should be experienced as friction. The frameworks I design are calibrated to actual risk signals, not applied uniformly across a user base, so that regulatory requirements are fulfilled without compromising business goals and objectives. This is the balance I bring to both worlds.

I am AI-native. I build production compliance tools, author the policy and procedure frameworks that give those tools the required regulatory posture, and lead the compliance and engineering teams that maintain them.
